JUICING

Juicing is generally used for two purposes:

[1] cleansing or detoxification - solid food eliminated & drink juice for around 3 days.

[2] supplementing a normal diet - fresh juice can be used to supplement your daily diet, increasing nutrient intake from fruits and vegetables.



Health benefits include:

1/ enhanced immune system and healthier skin: body absorbs nutrients quickly, without having to digest fibres etc. 

2/ improved digestion and reduced inflammation: alkalizing fruits and veg offset acidic food & drinks in a modern diet. 3/ improved energy levels: body doesn’t have to work hard to break down the fruits and veg into usable nutrients.

4/ Improved hydration - our body is mostly made up of water, therefore staying hydrated is crucial for optimal health. 

5/ improved gastrointestinal health: helps flush out toxins & improve digestion.

5/ improved cardiovascular health: > nitric oxide in the blood which opens blood vessels and lowers blood pressure.
